  • Platform Role: BreadWeb acts solely as a listing and payment facilitator. The seller is responsible for the accuracy, quality, and delivery of all digital files.
  • Seller Obligations (Responsibility & Liability): Sellers must not upload files that are corrupted, incomplete, mis-labeled, infringing, or that fail to match the title/description. A buyer may seek a remedy only where the defect is inherent to the seller-provided file. Issues caused by the buyer’s device, software, or settings are not eligible when the asset is supplied in standard formats and functions on reference players/devices (e.g., PDF in Adobe Reader; EPUB in Apple Books/Calibre; MP4 in VLC; MP3/WAV in common players).
  • Required Remedy by the Seller (Replacement-First, Refund-If-Impossible): Remedies (replacement or refund) apply only after BreadWeb and/or the seller validate that the problem is a seller-fault defect (e.g., corrupted/incomplete file, mis-labeling, or content not matching the listing). Within 5 business days of a validated buyer report, the seller must either:
    • Re-upload the correct asset and grant the buyer a free re-download, or
    • Send the correct file to the buyer’s checkout email.
If a working replacement cannot be provided within that timeframe, the seller must refund the order to the original payment method.
Validation may include reasonable checks such as download logs, file hash/metadata, reproduction steps, and confirmation that the file fails on reference players/devices while a standard file would succeed.
  • Buyer Issue Window & Verification: Buyers must report issues within 3 days of purchase and include the order number, a brief description, and—when possible—a screenshot or error message. BreadWeb and/or the seller may request reasonable verification (e.g., download logs, file hash/metadata, reproduction steps) before approving a replacement/refund.
  • Non-Refundable Scenarios: No refunds for buyer’s remorse (change of mind), device/software incompatibility, or inability to open files when standard formats (e.g., PDF/EPUB/MP4/MP3) were provided.
Duplicate charges may be refunded after verification and, where applicable, revocation of access.
  • Anti-Fraud / Abuse Safeguards: BreadWeb and the seller may deny or limit remedies where there is evidence of abuse, excessive claims, chargeback misuse, or policy violations. Replacement links may be time-limited, access-limited, or watermarked. Buyers must not request a refund while retaining or redistributing the digital content; access may be revoked upon refund.
  • Privacy for Replacements: Buyer emails used for replacement delivery may be used only to fulfill that fix and must be handled per BreadWeb’s Privacy Policy.

  • Quality Guidelines: No misleading titles, descriptions, or thumbnails.
  • Prohibited Content: No hate speech, adult/NSFW material, malware, or private/confidential documents.
  • Enforcement: Violations result in immediate delisting and potential account suspension.
