Introduction

By using BreadWeb (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms of use and agreements (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You also agree not to use the Service to:

You acknowledge that all content posted by you on the Service ("User Content") is your sole responsibility. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to post, distribute, and use such User Content, and that such User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by BreadWeb or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. BreadWeb disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

BreadWeb shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if BreadWeb has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:

1. the use or inability to use the Service;
2. the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information, or services obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service;
3. unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
4. statements or conduct of any third party on the Service;
5. any other matter relating to the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BreadWeb, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) arising out of or in any way related to your use of the Service or any User Content posted by you.

Termination

BreadWeb may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate this Agreement or your BreadWeb account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Changes to Agreement

BreadWeb may change this Agreement from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of the revised Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
