SAM.gov Instructions
ProposalPilot helps you find relevant SAM.gov opportunities and prepare proposal draft packs for review.
ProposalPilot securely handles SAM.gov access behind the scenes in alignment with SAM.gov usage policies. You only configure your business criteria.
How it works
ProposalPilot checks public SAM.gov opportunity data, compares opportunities against your saved business profile and matching criteria, and prepares selected matches and draft materials for next-morning review.
You stay in control. ProposalPilot helps prepare your work, but you review, edit, copy, download, and submit manually. ProposalPilot never auto-submits.
Set up SAM.gov matching
- Open ProposalPilot Profile and enter your business capabilities.
- Open SAM.gov Matching Criteria.
- Enter your NAICS codes, PSC codes, keywords, preferred agencies, set-asides, locations, deadline preferences, and exclusions.
- ProposalPilot uses those criteria to identify better-fit opportunities.
- Review your matches and proposal drafts the next morning.
