BreadWeb is offering a structured learning internship for students interested in gaining practical knowledge of digital business, customer education, market research, digital communication, technology platforms and online entrepreneurship.
## Available Learning Tracks
Applicants select one primary BreadWeb module:

6. Affiliate & Referral Programs
Three interns will participate in each module team.
## What Interns Will Learn and Practice
Under the direct supervision of the BreadWeb LLC founder and internship program director, interns will:
* Study their assigned BreadWeb module and its public customer journey.
* Learn how consumers, businesses, sellers, creators, educators or affiliates interact with the module.
* Conduct supervised public-source market and audience research.
* Develop customer-education concepts and learning materials.
* Create one educational video prototype about the assigned module.
* Prepare FAQ, learning-guide and documentation exercises.
* Review the public user experience and document observations and recommendations.
* Prepare and participate in one public educational showcase about the assigned module.
* Present weekly progress and receive structured professional feedback.
All internship activities use publicly available BreadWeb.us information. Interns will not receive access to payment credentials, customer data, source code, production administration, confidential company information or security secrets.
## Three-Person Module Team
Each module team will include three complementary learning focuses:
* Research & Audience Analysis
* Customer Education & Content
* User Experience, Video & Presentation
All three participants collaborate on the module's final educational capstone and presentation.
## Training & Supervision
The 6–8 week program includes:
* BreadWeb platform orientation.
* Module-specific instruction.
* Weekly learning assignments.
* Required Saturday or Sunday supervision.
* Weekly review and professional feedback.
* Team collaboration.
* Educational video capstone.
* Final public educational showcase.
* Portfolio-quality learning project.
The internship is structured primarily to provide education, professional development and practical learning to the participating student.
## What Interns Will Gain

* Internship Certificate of Completion
* Verification of completed supervised internship hours

## Eligibility
Applicants must:
* Be at least 18 years old.
* Be currently enrolled in a college, university, community college, trade school or other recognized postsecondary educational program.
* Be participating through academic credit, an institution-approved internship/experiential-learning arrangement, faculty sponsorship or equivalent written educational acknowledgment before beginning the program.
* Be physically located in Virginia while participating in the remote internship.
* Have an academic or career interest related to business, marketing, communications, information technology, software, artificial intelligence, digital media, education, entrepreneurship, e-commerce or a related field.
* Have access to a computer, reliable internet connection and online meeting software.
* Be available for weekly Saturday or Sunday supervision.
* Commit to the complete 6–8 week program.
Previous professional experience is not required. Training will be provided.
## Important Program Information
* This is an unpaid educational internship.
* No wages, stipend, commission or other financial compensation are offered.
