What Sets This Premium Offer Apart?

ProposalPilot is AI proposal assistant that finds relevant opportunities

Description:

Official BreadWeb module manual — thoroughly researched and verified. One reusable source for customers, new staff, interns, marketing, seminars, and instructional video.

One-sentence promise: ProposalPilot is BreadWeb's AI proposal assistant that finds relevant opportunities, checks them against your real capabilities, and drafts grounded responses — without inventing facts or prices.

1. 30-Second Orientation

ProposalPilot helps you respond to opportunities (e.g., government solicitations). You build a capability + evidence profile, bring in opportunities (from SAM.gov matches, manual entry, or forwarded email), and ProposalPilot analyzes fit and drafts a proposal grounded only in your verified evidence. It's a subscription tool with plan-based daily/monthly limits.

2. Who This Is For

• Small businesses and teams pursuing contracts and formal opportunities.

• Capture/proposal managers who want faster, evidence-grounded first drafts.

• Affiliates who refer others to ProposalPilot (its own affiliate program).

3. Quick-Start Path

1. First-time? Start on the public overview: https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/whyproposalpilot. Then sign in and open the app (https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/index).

2. Complete Setup and your Profile/Capabilities (https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/setup, https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/capabilities).

3. Choose a plan (https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/billing/plans).

4. Bring in an opportunity (SAM.gov match, manual entry, or email forwarding).

5. Review the fit analysis, then generate and edit your draft.

4. The Core Journey (step by step)

1. Set up your profile — https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/setup and https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/profile.

2. Add capabilities & evidence — https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/capabilities. This is what the AI is allowed to rely on; strong evidence = stronger, safer drafts.

3. Pick a plan — https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/billing/plans. Plans set your daily draft cap, monthly credits, and which intake sources you can use.

4. Bring in opportunities (three sources, depending on your plan):

– SAM.gov matches — automatic discovery (https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/settings/samgov, guide at https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/instructions/samgov).

– Manual entry — paste an opportunity (https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/manual/create).

– Email forwarding — forward solicitations to your connector (https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/instructions/emailforwarding).

5. Review the opportunity — fit/gap analysis and requirements matrix (https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/opportunity/details).

6. Generate a draft — grounded in your evidence, with automated quality gates. The AI will not invent a final price when you haven't supplied pricing inputs; it uses placeholders and tells you to complete pricing outside the tool.

7. Edit & export — refine your draft, then review and submit it outside ProposalPilot (the tool never auto-submits to any agency). The draft editor and opportunity pages are reached from your dashboard and require a specific record ID, so the URLs below are templates, not stand-alone destinations.

5. Important Choices & Branches

• Plan tier determines caps and whether SAM.gov / manual / email intake are available; higher tiers unlock more. Custom/enterprise plans are arranged by contacting BreadWeb (info@breadweb.us).

• Response type awareness: ProposalPilot adapts (e.g., a Sources Sought/Special Notice is written as a capability statement, not a priced quote).

• Monthly credits vs. daily cap: you can run out of daily drafts before monthly credits, or vice-versa — the dashboard shows both.

6. Billing, Usage & Refunds

• Subscription: monthly plan (and/or a one-time pass) purchased via Stripe (https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/billing/plans).

• Usage: the dashboard shows drafts used today, credits used this month, and extra credits.

• Cancellation: customers may cancel at any time at https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/billing/cancel. Future billing stops with the next billing cycle, and access continues through the period already paid for.

• Invoices: https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/billing/invoices.

• Refund policy: subscription payments and one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Canceling does not refund the current paid billing period.

• Legally required refund requests: use https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/refunds/create only when you believe applicable law requires a refund. Explain the relevant facts and legal basis. Submitting a request does not establish eligibility; BreadWeb must verify the applicable-law requirement. Track the request at https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/refunds/status and read https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/instructions/billingrefunds.

• Inactive subscription: draft generation is blocked and no credit is consumed until billing is active again.

7. Trust & AI Limitations (users must understand)

• Drafts are grounded in your submitted evidence and pass quality gates; the AI does not fabricate certifications, past performance, clearances, or prices.

• ProposalPilot prepares proposals — it does not auto-submit them to any agency.

• Always review the compliance checklist and complete pricing/attachments before you submit anywhere.

8. Common Mistakes & Troubleshooting

• "My draft is thin." Add more/better capability evidence — the AI only uses what you give it.

• "It won't generate." Check your subscription status and remaining daily/monthly usage.

• "Where's my price?" By design, it leaves pricing to you when you didn't provide pricing inputs.

• "I don't see SAM.gov matches." Your plan may not include that intake source.

• "I canceled—do I get the current period refunded?" No. Cancellation stops future billing; ProposalPilot payments are otherwise non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund.

• "Can I request a refund because I disliked a draft?" No. Product dissatisfaction or draft quality is not a refund basis. The request path is limited to an asserted applicable-law requirement that BreadWeb verifies.

9. Staff & Intern Briefing (30s / 3min)

• 30 seconds: "ProposalPilot = AI that finds opportunities and drafts grounded proposals from your real evidence. Subscription with daily/monthly limits. It never invents facts or prices and never auto-submits."

• 3 minutes: profile → capabilities/evidence → plan → intake (SAM.gov/manual/email) → fit analysis → grounded draft → edit/export. Stress the trust guardrails.

10. Marketing / Seminar Quick Briefing

• Hook: "From opportunity to a grounded first draft — fast, and honest."

• Proof points (verified): three intake sources, evidence-grounded drafting, quality gates, no invented prices, plan-based usage, its own affiliate program.
