Description:

Official BreadWeb module manual — thoroughly researched and verified. One reusable source for customers, new staff, interns, marketing, seminars, and instructional video.

1. 30-Second Orientation

BreadWeb Academy is a learning marketplace. Anyone can browse courses for free. Students enroll and pay with Stripe, then access sessions, schedules, and materials. Educators apply to become a Teacher or Course Manager, get approved, and publish paid courses; for eligible non-platform-owned courses the approved course payee receives 85% of course revenue (BreadWeb keeps 15%).

2. Who This Is For

• Students who want structured, paid courses (live or recorded).

• Teachers who want to publish and monetize courses.

• Course Managers who organize teachers, courses, and sessions.

• Admins who approve educators and oversee payments/settlements.

3. Quick-Start Paths

Learn

1. Browse courses (https://breadweb.us/academy/courses).

2. Open a course, sign in, and check out.

3. Access it from your Student Dashboard.

Teach

1. Sign in and apply as Teacher (https://breadweb.us/academy/applyteacher).

2. Complete your Academy registration + Stripe payout account.

3. After approval, publish courses and manage sessions/materials.

4. The Student Journey (step by step)

1. Browse — https://breadweb.us/academy/index and https://breadweb.us/academy/courses. Filter by search, category, delivery mode, city, and max price. (The current public catalog shows priced courses, since Academy checkout is payment-based.)

2. Open a course — see details, sessions, and preview materials. A course is enrollable when it's recorded or has scheduled sessions.

3. Enroll & pay — sign in, then check out with Stripe (https://breadweb.us/academy/student/checkout). You can't double-pay for a course you already hold.

4. Access your learning — Student Dashboard (https://breadweb.us/academy/student/dashboard), My Enrollments (https://breadweb.us/academy/student/myenrollments), and Schedule (https://breadweb.us/academy/student/schedule). Enrolled-only materials unlock after payment.

5. The Educator Journey (step by step)

1. Apply — Teacher (https://breadweb.us/academy/applyteacher) or Course Manager (https://breadweb.us/academy/applycoursemanager).

2. Meet the prerequisites — you'll be asked to complete an Academy registration profile and create a Stripe connected payout account before your application proceeds.

3. Get approved — track status at https://breadweb.us/academy/applicationstatus; an Admin reviews applications.

4. Teach — Teachers manage Courses, Sessions, Materials, Students, and Discussion (https://breadweb.us/academy/teacher/dashboard). Course Managers additionally manage Teachers and Invitations (https://breadweb.us/academy/manager/dashboard).

5. Get paid — for eligible non-platform-owned courses, the approved course payee (a teacher or course manager) receives 85% of course revenue at the course level; BreadWeb keeps 15%. Payouts require a verified connected account.

7. Key Policies & Responsibilities

(Source: https://breadweb.us/academy/breadweb%20academy%20policy/.)

• Commission: BreadWeb retains 15% of eligible non-platform-owned course revenue; 85% goes to the approved course payee, decided at the course level.

• Payout readiness: identity/tax verification and an approved connected Stripe account are required before paid publishing or payout release.

• Course materials: materials are stored in BreadWeb-approved repositories, reviewed, and then published to learners as approved links/metadata — plan for a review step before your content goes live.

• Certificates: enrollment does not by itself guarantee a certificate. Completion/progress are tracked, but automatic certificate issuance is not a documented Academy feature today; do not promise certificates unless BreadWeb states otherwise.

• Platform rights: BreadWeb may review, limit, or remove courses/content/payouts for policy, safety, or legal reasons; commission/payout terms may change with notice.

8. Common Mistakes & Troubleshooting

• "My course won't publish / I can't get paid." Finish your Stripe connected account and verification.

• "I don't see a course I made." Courses need a price greater than zero to appear publicly.

• "I can't open the materials." Some materials are enrolled-only and unlock after payment.

• "My application is stuck." Approvals are handled by an Admin — check Application Status.

9. Staff & Intern Briefing (30s / 3min)

• 30 seconds: "Academy = paid courses, live or recorded. Students pay with Stripe; educators apply and get approved, and for eligible non-platform-owned courses the approved course payee receives 85% (BreadWeb keeps 15%)."

• 3 minutes: show browse → enroll → dashboard, then apply-as-teacher → prerequisites (registration + Stripe) → approval → teach → 85/15 payout.

10. Marketing / Seminar Quick Briefing

• Hook: "Teach what you know — 85% goes to the approved course payee on eligible courses."

• Proof points (verified): free browsing, Stripe-secure enrollment, live + recorded courses, role-based educator tools, 85/15 course-level payout.
