1. 30-Second Orientation

BreadWeb runs three separate affiliate/referral programs, each with its own way to join, its own rate, and its own payout method. You enroll in the one(s) you want, share your link or referral email, and earn when the people you refer pay. Hold and payout rules differ by program: ProposalPilot holds each commission 30 days; Marketplace uses a settings-driven hold before Stripe payout batches; ListingsHub pays by PayPal once your eligible balance reaches its threshold. Self-referrals are blocked in every program.

3. Quick-Start (pick your program and go)

1. Decide what you'll promote — Marketplace products, ListingsHub ads, or ProposalPilot subscriptions (you can do more than one).

2. Enroll for that program:

– Marketplace → open https://breadweb.us/affiliates/dashboard and accept the affiliate policy to get your code.

– ProposalPilot → accept the policy at https://breadweb.us/proposalpilot/affiliates/policy and use its dashboard.

– ListingsHub → no signup; you simply share the referral email advertisers will enter.

3. Get payout-ready — connect Stripe (Marketplace, ProposalPilot) or confirm your PayPal referral email (ListingsHub).

4. Share your link/email and track earnings on the relevant dashboard.

4. Program A — Marketplace Affiliate (buyers + seller recruitment)

Enroll: open the Affiliate Dashboard (https://breadweb.us/affiliates/dashboard) and accept the affiliate policy. There is no auto-enrollment — acceptance issues your unique affiliate code. Connect a Stripe payout account to become payout-ready.

How you earn

1. Share your buyer link — e.g. https://breadweb.us/virtualmarketplaces/index?aff=YOURCODE. The ?aff= tag establishes eligible Marketplace attribution.

2. Buyer referral (10%) — when a referred buyer completes a qualifying Marketplace purchase, a 10% commission is created for you.

3. Seller-referral bounty — share your recruit link (?sellerref=YOURCODE); when a seller you recruited completes their first genuine sale, you earn a one-time reward funded by BreadWeb (once per referred seller; not re-granted after a refund).

4. Hold → payout — earnings are created, held for a set number of days (configurable in settings) to clear returns/disputes, then paid in admin-reviewed Stripe Connect payout batches and marked Paid.

Marketplace Affiliate Attribution

Open-Ended Affiliate Attribution. Your referral opportunity has no time expiration. Once an eligible buyer is attributed to you, you can continue earning commissions on that buyer’s future qualifying Marketplace purchases as long as you remain the buyer’s latest successfully established eligible affiliate.

If the buyer later follows another eligible affiliate’s link, that affiliate may supersede your active attribution for future purchases.

Previously Earned Commissions. If another eligible affiliate later supersedes your attribution, the change applies to future qualifying purchases. Commissions already earned from earlier completed qualifying purchases remain credited to the affiliate who earned them.

Integrity: self-referral is blocked (you can't refer yourself as buyer, nor register your own seller account as your referred seller).

5. Program B — ListingsHub Referral (advertisers)

Enroll / attribute: there's no code to paste — the advertiser enters your referral email on the listing post form.

How you earn (verified terms)

1. An advertiser you referred enters your referral email when posting.

2. When they pay for their listing plan, you earn 15% (net of discounts/adjustments), one commission per qualifying ad payment.

3. When your eligible balance reaches $50, BreadWeb pays automatically via PayPal to your referral email.

4. Important: payment goes only to the referral email on file. No self-referrals (advertiser email must differ from the referrer).

6. Program C — ProposalPilot Affiliate (subscribers)

Scope: this program applies to ProposalPilot subscriptions and one-time purchases only (not Marketplace). Enroll by accepting the ProposalPilot affiliate policy and using its own dashboard/link.

How you earn (verified current values)

• Subscriptions, months 1–6: 50% of each successful paid subscription invoice.

• Subscriptions, month 7 onward (while active and paid): 25% of each invoice.

• One-time ProposalPilot purchase: 50% of a qualifying payment.

• Subscription cancellation: customers may cancel at any time. Future billing stops with the next billing cycle, while access continues through the paid period. Cancellation does not reverse commission from a valid prior payment, and no new commission is generated after subscription payments stop.

• Refund policy: ProposalPilot subscription payments and one-time purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Cancellation does not refund the current paid billing period.

• Hold period: 30 days before a commission becomes eligible for payout.

• Payout: Stripe Connect (transfers enabled), minimum balance $25; attribution cookie window 60 days; admin review applies.

• Payment reversals: if the underlying qualifying payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related commission is non-payable or reversible. If already paid, BreadWeb may deduct it from future commissions.

• Fraud/risk and administrative holds: these may block or defer payout eligibility, but they do not independently reverse a commission.

• Affiliate eligibility: self-referrals, manipulated or duplicate transactions, and affiliate-rule violations are ineligible.

7. Common Mistakes & Troubleshooting

• "I have no affiliate code." For Marketplace/ProposalPilot you must accept that program's policy first. ListingsHub uses your referral email, not a code.

• "My earnings aren't paid." Check the program's hold period, minimum ($50 PayPal for ListingsHub, $25 Stripe for ProposalPilot), and payout readiness.

• "Wrong payout method?" ListingsHub pays by PayPal; Marketplace and ProposalPilot pay by Stripe Connect — don't assume everything is Stripe.

• "My self-test didn't earn." Self-referrals are intentionally blocked in every program.

8. Key Policies & Responsibilities

• Honest promotion: misleading claims, impersonation, or fake/circular orders can forfeit earnings and remove you from a program.

• Fraud review: unusual or high-value bursts may be flagged and held before payout.

• Taxes: earnings are paid gross; you're responsible for your own taxes — BreadWeb does not withhold.

• Payout readiness: Stripe Connect (Marketplace, ProposalPilot) or a valid PayPal referral email (ListingsHub), plus accurate contact/payout info.
