Approved payouts are handled through Stripe Connect.

ProposalPilot Affiliate — Commission, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Affiliate Commission
Affiliates earn:
- 50% of each qualifying subscription payment during Months 1–6.
- 25% of each qualifying subscription payment from Month 7 onward, while the subscription remains active and paid.
- 50% of each qualifying one-time purchase.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may cancel a ProposalPilot subscription at any time.
Cancellation stops future billing beginning with the next billing cycle. The customer retains access through the period already paid for.
Cancellation does not reverse an affiliate commission earned from a valid payment already made. No additional affiliate commission is generated after subscription payments stop.
Refund Policy
ProposalPilot subscription payments and one-time purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Canceling a subscription does not refund the current paid billing period.
Payment Reversals
If a payment is reversed through a chargeback, unauthorized-payment determination, payment failure, or similar payment reversal, the related affiliate commission is not payable.
If the commission has already been paid, BreadWeb may deduct the reversed amount from future affiliate commissions.
Affiliate Eligibility
Self-referrals, manipulated transactions, duplicate transactions, and transactions that violate BreadWeb's affiliate rules are not eligible for commission.
Hold period
Eligible commissions are held for 0 days before becoming eligible for payout.
Payment Reversal: If the underlying qualifying payment is refunded, disputed, charged back, or otherwise reversed, the related affiliate commission is not payable or may be reversed. Fraud/risk flags or administrative holds may block or defer payout eligibility but do not by themselves reverse the commission.
Payout eligibility (Stripe Connect)
Payouts require a connected Stripe Connect account with transfers enabled. Affiliates without a valid connected account can accrue pending and held commission but cannot be paid. A minimum balance of 2.00 applies, and all payouts require BreadWeb admin review.
BreadWeb currently carries the standard payment-processing burden for ProposalPilot affiliate commissions; approved affiliate commissions are calculated from qualifying ProposalPilot payment amounts, subject to refund, dispute, clawback, minimum payout, and admin review rules.
Policy changes
BreadWeb LLC may update, modify, suspend, or replace this affiliate policy in whole or in part based on business needs, legal requirements, fraud prevention, payment-provider rules, product changes, or program sustainability. When a new policy version is issued, affiliates may be required to accept the updated version before continuing to participate, earn new commissions, or receive future payouts.
Acceptance
Joining requires explicit acceptance of this versioned policy. Your acceptance version and timestamp are recorded. A new policy version requires re-acceptance.
Tax Responsibility
You must read, understand, and accept the BreadWeb Tax Responsibility and Mandatory Compliance Policy . Sellers, affiliates, and referrers remain responsible for the taxes associated with their respective activities and earnings.
